Eating a Healthy, Balanced Diet



Your task for this lesson will be to come up with ways you change small things in your daily diet to make a big change in your lifelong health.  For one week, each person will complete a food log on what they ate everyday.  After seeing what kind of things you put in your body on a daily basis, you'll start making changes.  The goal is for everyone to be able to write one journal entry explaining 5-7 foods you can switch out for something healthier everyday.  That's one food item per meal!
