Eating a Healthy, Balanced Diet




You have now learned the basics to eating healthy and making healthy decisions.  Using the information you've learned during the last eight activities, it is my hope that you continue to use your new knowledge to continually eat healthy.  A healthy diet is what keeps our bodies moving and our energy high enough to do anything.  Continue to use your notes and hard work to guide your stomach and taste buds through every meal, whether your cooking, eating out, or snacking out.
